- We generally ship your order within 48 hrs of receiving (not including weekends) and it should reach you within 5-7 days of placing an order.
- Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
- Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.
- We offer nationwide delivery, across India.
- No shipping charges apply on prepaid orders. We accept Debit/ Credit Card, UPI & Net Banking.
- Cash on Delivery is available with an extra convenience fee of Rs. 120.
- No postage and handling charges apply.

Our products are handmade, one piece at a time, and there will be variations & natural blemishes which are not product flaws but inherent part of the manufacturing process.
Due to the high cost of shipping home decor products, we do not permit returns. However, we will offer replacement in case of damage in transit / genuine manufacturing defect or if you receive an item that does not match the description on our website or is the wrong product altogether.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 24 hrs of delivery with the required documentation in case the item received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that slight variations in colour tone, shape, or size due to the handmade nature of our products are not considered defects.
To request a replacement, please send an email to meviliving@gmail.com with the below details:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Unboxing video (highly recommended)
- (For defective/incorrect items) Image of the product
If replacement request is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up and upon receiving the same, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Replacement process will take 5-7 days, after it is accepted.
Conditions and limitations:
- Incorrect Shipping Information: We will not be able to offer refunds for orders that are returned back to us due to incorrect /incomplete shipping addresses or Incorrect contact details provided by the customer. We can reship the package and the applicable shipping fees, in this case, will have to be borne by the customer.
- Refused Packages: If a package is refused upon delivery after three attempts by the shipping agency, we cannot offer a refund. We can reship the package and the applicable shipping fees, in this case, will have to be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return & replacement requests.
